If

If your nose itches it may or may not mean someone is thinking of you. If your ears are ringing there is a chance you are experiencing hearing loss.

    And specifically tinnitus... not sure if nerve conduction hearing loss would be characterized by ringing. But again I'm not sure, might be worth some follow up...

    Sylvia had tinnitus AND nerve conduction hearing loss, but she didn't report itching.
