Tonight’s post will go up after the clock has struck twelve
because, as can be said about many situations, the universe waits for no
one. Tonight, though we fixed our
gaze upon the night sky with 10s and 10s of powers of magnification we did not
see much of anything because intermittent altostratus clouds and a bright,
bright full moon obscured our vision, and while we gazed, the universe waited
for no one.
Today when we set out for the Superior North Shore we only
made it as far as the Blue Sky Country of Webb Lake because plans changed on the
fly and we were suddenly and generously hosted at an incredible lake cabin because
things happen, and the universe waits for no one.
The universe waits and we watch in anticipation of what will
happen next and by the time this is posted it already will have. Because the universe waits for no one.
