Are these two sequences the same?

There is more than one possible answer. I’ll give just two for now.

Possible Answer 1: No. The letter in the 13^th position is different so the sequences are not the same.

Possible Answer 2: Yes.  The sequences are practically identical; the 13^th letter is just flipped upside down.
