Highlights from Daniel 1-5
3:15 …if you are ready to fall down and worship the image I
made, very good. But if you do not worship it, you will be thrown immediately
into a blazing furnace.
3:29 … I decree that the people of any nation or language
who say anything against the God of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego be cut into
pieces and their houses be turned into piles of rubble, for no other god can
save in this way.”
Funny that old Nebz gets it but

4:13-16 …I looked, and there before me was a holy one, a

4:22 …you are that tree…

Then a lasting
vision. Must have been the wine – or the cup.
5:5 The king replied to the astrologers, “This is what I
have firmly decided: If you do not tell me what my dream was and interpret it,
I will have you cut into pieces and your houses turned into piles of rubble.
Those

5:22 “But you, Belshazzar, his son, have not humbled yourself, though you knew all
this. Instead, you have set yourself up
against the Lord of heaven.
5:30 That very night Belshazzar, king of the Babylonians,
was slain…
